PCC NSW to hold 19th AGM

PCC NSW President Ronaldo Villaver announces that the Philippine Community Council of NSW Inc. (PCC NSW Inc.) will hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Multicultural Communities Collaboration Centre (MCCC), Bob Hughes Christian School, 40 Hector Street, Chester Hill, NSW, 2162 (UBD Map 251, D6) on the 7th of February 2010, Sunday at 2:30pm.

Relative to this AGM, the relevant notices are now posted to all affiliates of PCC NSW. The AGM documents can also be viewed and downloaded at www.pcc-nsw.org.au

Among the items to be presented during the AGM are: 1) Reading and Confirmation of Minutes of the 18th Annual General Meeting, 2) President’s Report; 3) Treasurer’s Report and the 4) Appointment of External Auditor. The elections of office bearers and directors of PCC NSW 2010 will alo be held during the day.

President Villaver also mentioned that prior to the AGM, a general meeting will be conducted on the same day and venue from 1:00pm.
